Join the Love Fund for Children’s Young Professional Board as they say farewell to summer at the Fontaine Hotel. Take this opportunity to connect and meet other up and coming young professionals while supporting children in your community. Each attendee will receive a complimentary farewell to summer cocktail, entrance into a raffle, and access to the reserved pool and bar area at the Fontaine. A live DJ will get the dance floor going as we say farewell to summer and get ready for the fall season.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Love Fund for Kids invite you to our annual Back to School Bash! This event is arranged each year to provide K-5 students in the community with the supplies they need to succeed this school year. A child must be present at the event to receive the supplies.
If you would like to organize a drive yourself, a list of the supplies needed is included here.
The Jackson County Health Department will be on-site administering immunizations to middle school and highschool students. No payment will be accepted, just bring an insurance card. The event will also host various other vendors providing free services and assistance to get your family ” back to school ready!” More information to come.

Join the FOX4 Love Fund for Children and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Friday August 2nd for our “Stuff the Cruiser” event! This event is held each year to collect supplies for under-served families in the Kansas City area. Last year six cruisers were filled. We expect to exceed that this year! A list of needed supplies is here and below are the participating Walmart locations. Representatives from the Jackson County Sherriff’s Office will be onsite collecting donation from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
